On Tuesday, 26 May 1992, at approximately 1920hrs., the Lord spoke through me a word of prophecy:
"Time is short; now is the time to work for me. Do not think that your prosperity is brought on by your righteousness. It is a pseudo prosperity brought on by outside forces. When your time is up they will pull the rope and you will obey. Draw nigh unto me; work while it is day for night cometh when no man can work." On Saturday morning at 0856hrs., 17th of July, 1995, the Lord once again gave another word: "My people, my people, where the blood has flowed. You have not hearkened (obeyed) the warning to separate and purify yourselves. Instead you have compromised to survive, and even some to prosper in their own eyes. Your methods will fail; for I will come again with my wrath. You serve idols and you have become idolaters serving any god that will satisfy your desires. Your lusts have reached my nostrils. It stinks to my heavens. You glorify and boast in yourselves. You have become as filthy as the earth itself with the stench of death. Death is in the air, the ground and the sky, and yet you see it not. You see yourselves as prospering, but you are prospering under a cloud of lies that rob your soul and leave you dry. Come back to me. Come back, come back, while there is still time. While my spirit yet beckons, calling you to come back. Time is eternal. But your time is running out. Say not for tomorrow we live, for tomorrow you die. All that have ears, hear what the Lord is saying. Come back for your redemption draweth nigh (is about here)." People of Uganda and especially the Church. The first Warning on 26 May, 1992, was directed by the Holy Spirit to pastors in Uganda. Jesus Christ is exhorting the pastors not to be deceived into believing that their own individual lives are pleasing unto God. Neither does the Lord want the pastors to think that the nation that is temporarily prospering (picking up) is being accepted by God. Neither is the case. The majority of the pastors are not ready to stand before the judgment seat of God. The nation is being assisted by foreign powers with their own agenda for Uganda's future. True freedom to live and preach for the gospel of Jesus Christ is short. Persecution for the church will come soon by forces beyond the country's control. Uganda will be pressurized into submitting to the dictates of an outside power which will try to lead the world as one government. Through this, God will purify the pastors and their flocks that are in every sort of sin and false doctrine known to men and demons. Freedom is short, so serve the Lord totally with all your heart; the Spirit of God is telling the pastors before real freedom ends. The second word is for the nation of Uganda. The true, only and living God is telling the people that live in Uganda that they have not recognized God's hand in the many, many years of their suffering. Instead of searching for, and turning to the living God through their years of war after war, they have used the wars to harden their hearts and personally benefit. Great wealth has flowed to some through the sins of others. The people living in Uganda abuse God and his name and extort money through preaching a false gospel and religion. Death is everywhere because religion has failed. The Christian community has failed; the Muslim community have failed; the Hindu community have failed. Religion is a combination of lies called the doctrine of demons. The Holy Spirit, which is a spirit from the living God, is calling the people of Uganda to search for and find the real God. False, lying spirits (fallen angels, demons) have caused them to believe they are accepted by God. In reality, they are good for nothing but death that hands over the country. God has rejected them and is turning them over to the death angel for their continual rebellion. Their spirit is eternal. When it remains in the body, they are alive on earth. When it leaves the body we call that death, but the spirit goes to be judged one day by the living God. Time is running out for the people in Uganda. They think that time is healing their lives and things will get better, but time is running out. The nation will change for the worse. Those that are children of the living God will be chastened and persecuted for his name's sake. The wrath of God will fall on those who reject the truth and eternal judgment will follow. THERE IS HOPE! "Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son the same hath not the Father also." I John 2:22-23. "Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning... In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil; whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother... Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight." I John 3:7-8,10,22-23 "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God and this is that spirit of antichrist... If a man say, I love God and hateth his brother, he is a liar..." I John 4:1-3,20 "For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist...Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both Father and the Son." II John 7&9 "Love not the world, nether the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father but of this world." I John 2:15-16 "Because that when they knew God they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imagination, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools. And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into a image made like to corruptible man and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things." Romans 1:21-23 People of Uganda, do not follow the lives or ways of the 'Christian' community. For most of the 'Christians' are not truly following the ways of Jesus. They follow the ways and lusts of the world. They have twisted the Holy Scriptures to turn them into the philosophies of their rebellious, evil hearts. These people are no longer preaching the truth and are not accepted by God. They are ravaging lions seeking who they may devour with their corrupt gospel. Get a Protestant Bible. Read it earnestly, and the living God will lead you. Pray for President Museveni. He will be your best president. This prophecy was recorded on 26 May, 1992 and on 17 July, 1995, and conveyed to church leaders at that time. On Wednesday February 21, 1996 at 2334hrs., I received the following word from the Lord for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda: "Museveni, Museveni you had depended upon yourself but the hour is coming when by yourself you will fail. Look to me, look to me. I have never forsook you although you have forsook me. Look unto me for I want to renew your faith. You seek in other gods but they are temporary and their power fails. Turn back to me for I am eternal and I cannot fail." On Monday August 4, 1997 at 1201hrs., I received the following vision from the Lord concerning President Museveni of Uganda: President Museveni was standing and many big black strong ants going under his feet till he fell backwards slowly until they were carrying him over a fall-off point and an edge and they all together went over. Interpretation: The World Bank and others are in reality using the nations with their monies to transform their countries into an economic position where they are helpless on their own. We think that they (World Bank etc.) are so naive and stupid but they know exactly what they are doing and why! On Friday November 14, 1997 at 1420hrs., the Lord gave me Ezekiel 45:9 for President Museveni: "Thus saith the Lord God. Let it suffice you. O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord God." On Friday November 14, 1997 at 1600hrs., I met with the First Lady of Uganda, Janet Museveni at State House in Uganda: I read her the word and the Vision I had for her husband, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. After counseling her, I laid my hands on her head and prophesied over her. I prayed for God to heal her physically, mentally, emotionally; that God would heal her because she has been criticized, attacked, shamed and needs spiritual healing. (I discerned The First Lady, Janet Museveni, was a righteous lady; a true believer in Jesus Christ who was standing in the gap praying for her husband and the nation and consequently many lies have been spoken against her.) History of Uganda:
About 500 B.C., Bantu-speaking peoples migrated to the area now called Uganda. By the 14th century, three kingdoms dominated,Buganda (meaning "state of the Gandas"), Bunyoro, and Ankole. Uganda was explored in 1844 by Europeans as well as Arab traders. An Anglo-German agreement of 1890 declared it to be in the British sphere of influence in Africa. The Imperial British East Africa Company was chartered to develop the area, but the company did not prosper financially. A British protectorate was proclaimed in 1894.
Uganda became independent on October 9, 1962. Sir Edward Mutesa, the king of Buganda, was elected the first president, and Milton Obote, the first prime minister. With the help of Colonel Idi Amin, Prime Minister Obote seized control of the government from President Mutesa in 1966. On January 25, 1971, Colonel Amin deposed President Obote. Obote went into exile in Tanzania. Amin expelled Asian residents and launched a reign of terror against Ugandan opponents, torturing and killing tens of thousands. In 1976, he had himself proclaimed "President for Life." In 1977, Amnesty International estimated that 300,000 may have died under his rule. After Amin held military exercises on the Tanzanian border in 1978, angering Tanzania's president, Julius Nyerere, a combined force of Tanzanian troops and Ugandan exiles loyal to former president Obote invaded Uganda and chased Amin into exile in Saudi Arabia in 1979. President Obote led his People's Congress Party to victory in 1980 elections that opponents charged were rigged. On July 27, 1985, army troops staged a coup and took over the government. Obote fled into exile. The military regime installed General Tito Okello as chief of state. The National Resistance Army (NRA), an opposition group led by Yoweri Museveni, kept fighting after it had been excluded from the new regime. It seized Kampala on January 29, 1986, and Museveni was declared president. Museveni transformed Uganda into an economic miracle, preaching a philosophy of self-sufficiency and anti-corruption. A ban on political parties was lifted in 1996, and the Museveni won 72% of the vote, reflecting his popularity due to the country's economic recovery. Uganda waged a successful campaign against AIDS, dramatically reducing the rate of new infections through an intensive public health and education campaign. Museveni won re-election in March 2001 with 70% of the vote. In 1999, Uganda and Rwanda quarreled over strategy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and began fighting each other. The two countries mended their differences in 2002. Uganda also signed a peace accord with the Congo in September 2002 and withdrew its remaining troops in May 2003. In July 2005, parliament amended the constitution to eliminate term limits, which allowed President Museveni another term in office. In February 2006, Museveni was re-elected with 59% of the vote. Uganda's long battle against the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), an extremist rebel group based in Sudan, showed signs of abating in August 2006 when rebels agreed to declare a truce. Between 8,000 and 10,000 children have been abducted by the LRA to form the army of Joseph Kony. The boys are turned into soldiers and the girls into sex slaves. Up to 1.5 million people in northern Uganda have been displaced because of the fighting and fear that their children will be abducted. Kony and three other LRA leaders have been indicted on charges of crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court. The LRA and the government signed a permanent cease-fire in February 2008. Kony failed to show up to sign the agreement several times. Parliament introduced the Anti-Homosexuality Bill in November 2009. The legislation would implement the death penalty on gay individuals. The proposed bill met fierce condemnation from the European Union and the United States. Parliament did not act on the bill, and it became increasingly unpopular following the January 2011 murder of Ugandan gay-rights activist David Kato. In May, the government shelved the bill. Musveni was elected to a fourth term in February 2011 elections. Opposition leader, Kizza Besigye, alleged fraud in the election. In April, protests over rising food and fuel prices and corruption broke out in Kampala. The government responded killing five people and wounding dozens. Besigye, a leading figure in organizing the protests, was arrested and shot. He fled to Kenya upon release from jail for medical treatment. In October 2011, Uganda's foreign minister and two other members of the ruling party resigned to face corruption charges. Following allegations that oil companies paid bribes to ministers, President Yoweri Museveni denied that his government engaged in fraud when handing out oil contracts. In May 2012, one of the Lord's Resistance Army's top military strategists and commander, Caesar Acellam, was captured by Ugandan soldiers. In November 2013, the Kampala Council ousted the opposition Democratic Party Mayor Erias Lukwago over allegations of incompetence and abuse of office. In December 2013, Parliament passed an anti-gay bill increasing the punishment for homosexual acts to include life imprisonment. In February 2014, President Museveni signs the anti-gay bill into law. © 1992, 1995, 1996, 1997 World Ministries International The following are some Scriptures that deal with end-time events.
